Two O-D Alumni Picked in First Round of NFL Draft

Last night, defensive end Shaq Lawson was the 19th pick in the 2016 NFL Draft - the Clemson Tiger is now a proud member of the Buffalo Bills! A 2012 O-D All-American, Shaq was named the East Squad's defensive MVP in that game and he carried that high level of play through his collegiate career culminating with being named a 2015 NCAA All-American.

Offensive Lineman Germain Ifedi was a 2012 O-D All-American and started his collegiate career off with a bang at Texas A&M. His freshman season, Germain took home the Sporting News Freshman All-American honors as he helped protect Johnny Manziel on the latter's way to completing 69% of passes to a tune of 4,114 yards and 37 touchdowns. Germain was taken by the Seahawks with the 31st pick in the Draft and will be shoring up Seattle's line play for years to come!

We're proud of ALL our All-Americans and can't wait to see where the rest land throughout the weekend! Remember - more athletes go on from Offense-Defense events to play a significant role at the next level and beyond. It's not too late to sign up! Get a roster spot this year before they're all gone!
